My journey with essential oils started as a young mom.
At the time, I felt a deep desire to better support my family’s health—but I also felt unsure where to start. Like so many others, I was surrounded by conventional options that didn’t always feel aligned, but I didn’t yet have the knowledge or confidence to do things differently.
Essential oils became a turning point for me.
They gave me a way to begin supporting my children and my home more naturally—and more importantly, they gave me a sense of empowerment.
Over time, that journey expanded.
What started with essential oils grew into a deeper understanding of herbalism, low-toxic living, and the importance of supporting the body through daily habits—not just quick fixes. I’ve since taken a number of herbalism courses to further deepen my knowledge and connection to plant-based wellness.
Living on a farm and growing many of the herbs we use in our own garden, has only strengthened that connection. It’s given me a deeper appreciation for where these plants come from—and how powerful simple, natural tools can be when we learn how to use them well.
Today, I’m a certified aromatherapist, and I continue to deepen my knowledge through ongoing education, herbal studies, and hands-on experience.
